A traditional German farmer's loaf adapted to Salida, CO. Made with 40% local organic rye flour, 40% King Arthur bread flour, 20% local organic whole wheat flour, and uniquely spiced with anise seed, fennel seed, cardamom, caraway seed, and coriander seed.
